Off to the US and Canada tomorrow, Hawaii, Oregon and Vancouver Island….just bought a new super zoom micro-four thirds lens (Panasonic Leica 100-400mm) to work with Olympus E-M10 Mk2 for the birding part of the trip.

The snaps here using the new lens were taken in the backyard at Park Orchards. The satin bowerbird was one of two which visited for a couple of days, first time we have seen them here. The king parrot was one of a pair who visit quite regularly.
