In June 2024 we journeyed overseas for the second time this year….this time we spent three weeks around the Adriatic in both Greece and Croatia. This included some time in Crete and Dubrovnik as well as a week sailing around the Dalmatian coast.
Following this we flew across to the UK for a week’s stay in Grange-Over-Sands with our English friends of more than 50 years, Rob and Jan Goodfellow. We stayed in a wonderful HPB property, Merlewood Mansion, and spent the time enjoying the sights of the region including cruising on Lake Windemere, visiting museums and ruins around Barrow-in-Furness, and several nature reserves all in lovely sunny weather.
