More birds from Sri Lanka

After our first full day in India, internet has improved somewhat (in Kochi) so we have a chance to post some more photos – this time they were all taken in Bundala National Park which is quite close to Yala NP in SE Sri Lanka. Bundala proved to be a wonderful place for enjoying watching lagoons and lakes swarming with pelicans, egrets, kingfishers etc. Here is a short selection.
Off to find tigers tomorrow in Periyar National Park in Kerala, Southern India.
